Quality Construction
The outer housing is of sturdy stainless steel construction with all other components, both inside and out, also constructed of corrosion resistant materials.  The strong under-platform structure has two supports and mechanical overload stops.  The dial chart is a clear, shatterproof plexigrass.

Rotating Dial Chart
The dial chart rotates for quick zeroing of an empty container, or to rezero after each ingredient when formulating a recipe directly on the scale.

Exclusive "snap-on" Platform Cover
An exclusive stainless steel "snap-on" platform cover is easily removable for sanitary cleaning.

Easy to Read
The 5 1/2" (140mm) diameter dial is slanted 30°, eliminating the need to stoop or bend down to get accurate weight readings.  All black graduations on a white background are clearly marked for fastest possible weight determination.  The balanced, extra lightweight indicator further enhances speedy and accurate readings.
